What is A-GPS Technology? 
Assisted-GPS Technology (A-GPS) locates faster and more accurately than regular GPS by using satellites in the sky and location databases on the ground.
Do I have to go to the vet to get Zoombak™?
No. Unlike the microchip, Zoombak involves no medical procedure. It attaches right to your dog’s collar. Is my dog too small for Zoombak? The Zoombak locator only weighs 2.5 oz and is recommended for dogs weighing 15 lbs and over.
How often do I need to charge the battery?
Our long-life battery can last up to 5 days on standby or active use of up to 150 location requests before recharging. You can be alerted by text message or email when it’s running low.
Does Zoombak work everywhere?
Zoombak works anywhere within our nationwide coverage area. Service may not be available indoors. See our coverage map for details.
