Tracking History - How it Works
Zoombak's Tracking History allows you to see where your device has been for the past few days or week when you have requested location information. Your location history is available for your review for up to 90 days.
Location history is recorded for up to 90 days under the following circumstances:
- Anytime your Zoombak device leaves one of your pre-set, active safety zones
- Anytime you have conducted a "Find Now" location request via the web, your mobile phone.
- Anytime you have activated the Continuous Tracking feature on the web.

Tracking Tab – Historical Tracking
Log Display – Historical Tracking

TIPS
- Automatic location upload (no longer have to wait 4 hrs to get previous locations).
The location history from "Find Now" requests and the Continuous Tracking feature is available immediately for review under Tracking History. - There is a maximum of 100 location points that can be displayed on the map at any given time. Once 100 location points are collected from the previous 90 day period, the oldest location points will be removed from the map until there are 100 or fewer location points.
- The location history of your Zoombak will be displayed on the map via a colored dot (more recent locations are displayed in darker colors), along with the date and time for each location. You have the ability to zoom in and out or scroll in any direction on the map.
- To view location information for each point, use your mouse to move your cursor over top of the colored location point and click on the location information box when it pops up on the map. To remove the location information box, use your mouse to move your cursor off of the location information box and the box will disappear.
