Power Extender Lengthens Zoombak GPS Battery Life

Zoombak Now Tracks A Child, Elderly Parent, Automobile or Anything Else for
10 Days Between Charges

New York, NY -- (March 23, 2010) --Zoombak® (http://www.zoombak.com) the leader in personal GPS tracking devices that let people track the things that are most important to them – from children to teenage drivers to employees and automobiles – today began selling a Power Extender Accessory for $29.99 and through Zoombak.com that will reduce the frequency with which users need to charge their Zoombak device. The Power Extender relies on four AA lithium or alkaline batteries, connects to Zoombak via its mini USB port and stays attached to the small A-GPS unit with a VelcroTM strap. The Power Extender lengthens the battery-based usage of a Zoombak unit by approximately seven additional days when using lithium batteries.

“A longer battery life has been the number one most requested product upgrade from Zoombak users so we have been eager to deliver this Power Extender to our customers” said Simon Buckingham, CEO of Zoombak. “Many families use Zoombak to track children, an elderly parent or a person with a disability. When a family member’s safety is at stake, you really need to be certain the charge won’t run out. With the Power Extender, Zoombak users can have peace of mind for up to 10 days at a time – nearly double the previous battery life of Zoombak.”
